CLAYTON, Georgia, July 20, 2011 - Major Gen. William T. Nesbitt, the Adjutant General of Georgia, conducts a "Patriotic Fireside" event for the hundreds of Boy Scouts encamped at Camp Rainey Mountain in northeast Georgia. "I'd say that being a Boy Scout sets you up to be fine young men. To be leaders out front, helping others. To be inherently good at whatever you do," said General Nesbitt. "So I'd encourage you boys to stay in the Scouts and take advantage of what Scouts can teach you. Your country needs you to take your values with you out into the world. Your Patriotism, your Duty to God and Country, will always be just what the United States needs." |
