Deutsch: Beschreibungstafel am Verweserhaus für die Hammerwerke in der Loiblstraße 13, Stadtgemeinde Ferlach, district Klagenfurt Land, Kärnten, Österreich, EU. Aufschrift der Tafel: „Verweserhaus. 1845 von Johannes Ritter von Kronthal erbaut, seit 1836 Verweser, d.h. Verwalter der Hammerwerke. Josef Marx, letzter Verweser vor Gründung der KESTAG, wohnte hier. Wegen seiner spätklassizistischen Fassade und als Zeugnis der Tradition der Eisenverarbeitung in Ferlach unter Denkmalschutz. Kulturring Ferlach.“
