Čeština: Ferdinand Richter (* 14. května 1885 Měřín – 27. září 1950 Brno) byl československý politik a poslanec Národního shromáždění za Československou stranu národně socialistickou, po válce za její nástupkyni Československou stranu socialistickou začleněnou do Národní fronty. Za Protektorátu Čechy a Morava se stal členem odbojové organizace Politické ústředí (PÚ). Za nacistické okupace byl v listopadu 1939 zatčen a mučen na Špilberku. Byl odsouzen k trestu smrti, ale verdikt byl později zmírněn na doživotí.
English: Ferdinand Richter (* 14 May 1885 in Měřín - 27 September 1950 in Brno) was a Czechoslovak politician and member of the National Assembly for the Czechoslovak National Socialist Party, after the war for its successor, the Czechoslovak Socialist Party, which was incorporated into the National Front. During the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia he became a member of the resistance organisation Political Headquarters (PÚ). During the Nazi occupation he was arrested and tortured at Špilberk in November 1939. He was sentenced to death, but the verdict was later commuted to life imprisonment. |
