Deutsch: Laufberger Ferdinand Julius Wilhelm, * 16. Februar 1829, † 16. Juli 1881 Wien. Maler, Graphiker, Professor an der Kunstgewerbeschule des Österreichischen Museums für Kunst und Industrie (ernannt am 29. Juni 1868). Von 1871-1873 und 1878-1881 Direktor an der selbigen. Lehrer der Brüder Ernst und Gustav Klimt sowie Franz von Matsch. Von ihm stammt die malerische Ausschmückung des Treppenhauses in dem von Heinrich v. Ferstel erbauten österreichischen Museum für angewandte Kunst (MAK).
