English: Feral goats on the Great Orme, Llandudno The website for this area (http://www.greatorme.org.uk/greatorme.html) says there are up to 150 Kashmiri goats ranging across the Orme. I have never seen more than around 40-50 at a time, as here. Their numbers were once kept in check by shooting, but chemical methods of birth control are now being used, so I am told. |
