DescriptionFemale Jumping Spider (Habronattus coecatus).jpg |
I headed out this afternoon with high hopes of getting a nice shot of a male Eastern Blue Bird that hangs around one of my bug spots - but he wouldn't let me get anywhere near close enough to take any worthwile photos. Maybe next time. But I did find this little (4-5mm) Habronattus coecatus female hanging out on a large piece of bark - and she cooperated just enough for me to get a few photos. The image above was cropped from a photo taken with the 28mm reversed on some extension tubes at f/8. Focus stacked from two photos. |
