Summary

[edit]
Description
English: A father and son are out in the snow. The father is carrying a freshly-killed goose, and is maintaining his rifle; meanwhile, his son is pointing at something out of frame. This oil painting (15.5"w x 19.5"h) is in the style of Frederick Moladore Spiegle, and Spiegle did a series of similarly-themed images as part of a 1923/1924 advertising campaign for Hercules Gun Powder; therefore, it is presumably by him.
