The bronze statue honoring Admiral David Farragut was sculpted by Vinnie Ream, and dedicated on April 25, 1881. It is one of seventeen Civil War statuary in Washington, D.C., that were collectively listed on the National Register of Historic Places on September 20, 1978. |
