Summary
[edit]DescriptionFalsgrave tunnel south portal.JPG |
English: This bricked-up tunnel portal is Falsgrave Tunnel, which carried the direct railway line between Whitby West Cliff and Scarborough until 1965. It passed underneath part of western Scarborough, resurfacing into the location of today's Sainsbury's supermarket.
