Description
English: The Fairbanks North Star Borough Administrative Center, located at 809 Pioneer Road in downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. The Fairbanks North Star Borough is a municipal government which was incorporated in 1964. This building was constructed in the 1980s. In 2015, it was named in honor of Juanita Helms (1941–2009), who was the borough's mayor from 1985 to 1991.
