Description
English: Yorba Linda, CA, November 20, 2008 -- Federal Coordinating Officer, Mark Neveau, and local City officials look at damage caused by the recent wildfires in Southern California. FEMA can provide assistance through its Public Assistance program to help communities pay for the costs of emergency protective measure incurred during the response to fighting the wildfires.
