Description
English: Baton Rouge, La., August 19, 2006 - FEMA employee Vince Prevot demonstrates the features of the new trailers being assigned to disabled evacuees. The trailers are ADA compliant and feature electric heat, a shower with a built-in seat an other elements designed to make life easier for those confined to chairs. Keith Riggs/FEMA.
