Description
English: New Orleans, LA, December 20, 2005 - The trolly cars in New Orleans are again in operation after Hurricane Katrina. New Orleans is re-opening as businesses open, residents return and commerce reappears. Robert Kaufmann/FEMA

Despite the St. Charles route sign, these cars are operating on the Canal line. The St. Charles line was not yet back in operation on this date.
