Description
English: New Orleans, September 2, 2005 - Crew members of an Air Force C-17 cargo transport, modified to carry passengers, direct evacuees onto the plane for transport to a shelter in San Antonio, TX. Commercial and military airplanes are being used to move evacuees out of the city, devastated by Hurricane Katrina on August 29.
