Le Famadihana est une pratique culturelle profondément enracinée dans la société malgache, où l'on croit que les morts ont une influence continue sur la vie des vivants. La cérémonie est souvent accompagnée de chants, de danses et de festivités, et elle est généralement organisée tous les 5 à 7 ans, bien que cela puisse varier selon les régions et les familles. Certains voient le Famadihana comme une manière de célébrer la vie et la continuité des générations, tandis que d'autres le considèrent comme une pratique religieuse ou spirituelle.
