This emblem is owned by the German association of butchers, a federal-level interest group, and is supposed to serve as a uniform identifier for butcheries. Deutsch: Aushängeschild an einer Pferdeschlachterei in Hamburg, das die sogenannte f-Marke zeigt. Diese Marke gehört dem Deutschen Fleischerverband, dem bundesweiten Fachverband des Fleischerhandwerks, und soll als einheitliches Erkennungsmerkmal für Schlachtereien dienen. |
