Description U.S. Air Force Maj. Gen. Andrew Busch, commander of the Ogden Air Logistics Center, speaks during a ribbon-cutting ceremony Jan. 12, 2012 for the new F-22 heavy maintenance facility at Hill Air Force, Utah. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District oversaw construction of the $45 million, 96,000-square-foot facility; the second and final phase of a two-phase complex on the base.
