Description
English: The NF-15B IFCS, NASA 837, in flight over Edwards Air Force Base. The IFCS (Integrated Flight Control System) studies development of "self-learning" neural network software for aircraft flight control computers; to aid in the event of battle damage, loss of aircraft control systems, or other uses.
