Summary
[edit]DescriptionFülöp of Hajdudorog in full vestment.jpg |
English: Fülöp (Philip), the Greek Catholic bishop of Hajdúdorog, Hungary in his full liturgical vestment at his ordainment ceremony. The bishop wears the mitre on his head, the omophor on his shoulders, the sakkos which is the golden episcopal vestment above the white sticharion, the engolpion in his neck which means actually a medal with a holy icon in it (it is called panagia if this icon depicts the Theotokos), the epimanikia around his wrists that is kind of a cuffs, the epigonation or palitza which is a diamond-shaped cloth hanging on the right side of the body below the waist (it cannot be seen properly on this picture).
Magyar: A kép Fülöp, hajdúdorogi görög katolikus püspököt ábrázolja teljes liturgikus öltözékében felszentelésekor. A püspök öltözéke a következőket foglalja magába: fején a mitrát viseli, vállairól az omofórion aranyszínű szalagja omlik le, a szakkosz a fehér sztichárion felett viselt, arany színű püspöki stóla, az enkolpion a püspök nyakában lógó, szentképet tartalmazó medálra utal (amelyet panágiának neveznek, ha az Istenszülő képe található benne), csuklói körül látható az epimanikia, ami tulajdonképpen egy kézelő, az epigonation ami egy rombusz alakú ruhadarab, amely a püspök jobb oldalán, a derék alatt csüng (ez a képen alig látható). |
