[edit]DescriptionExternal view of Romford Bus Garage (2) (geograph 7480504).jpg |
English: This view of Romford bus garage shows Seymer Road to the garage entrance to the left of the photo. It was built on the site of allotments and opened in August 1953. Formerly a London Transport bus garage, it saw several changes in ownership from 1979 until 2010 when Stagecoach took it over for the second time, the first being in September 1994. Buses allocated to this garage have the letters NS inscribed on their sides, they referring to North Street where the garage is located. The banner advertising the Open Day being held at the garage can be seen to the right of the photo, Link refers. |
