Description VAZIANI MILITARY BASE, Georgia — Giorgi Kvirkashvili, Prime Minister of Georgia; speaks at the opening ceremony of Exercise Noble Partner, July 30. Noble Partner is a multinational, U.S. Army Europe-led exercise conducting home station training for the Georgian light infantry company designated for the NATO Response Force.
