Description

Buxton Gum, Eucalyptus crenulata, with crenulate leaf margins, has a beautiful bluish-white pruinose bloom that rubs off with contact. Mount Dundas Regional Reserve, Tasmania Australia, January 2012.

This is an endangered species endemic to Victoria, normally found growing in one of two small communities north-east of Melbourne. What is it doing in the wild in western Tasmania?
