Español: Nueva concepción de la educación plasmada en la arquitectura. Nueva manera de entender una escuela y la enseñanza en sí, que se ve reflejada en todos los componentes de esta obra.
Proyecto realizado en base a tres pabellones, divididos por funciones y ubicados de tal manera que generan un conjunto con el parque en general. Se trata de un proyecto desarrollado en toda su integridad, pensado en toda la manzana, en relación con el barrio, y en todo su conjunto en sí. Debemos destacar la importancia que se le da a toda la manzana, la manera en que se logran establecer los límites físicos del proyecto, pero que permite que se extiendan más allá de los mismo, en base a la idea de parque, a la integración de la vegetación, y a la integración de un sub programa como lo es el centro cultural la experimental donde se desarrollan distintos eventos a escala barrial. Consideramos que hay un mismo lenguaje, coherente en todo el proyecto y entre cada uno de los pabellones. Juan Antonio Scasso, 1927.
