Description
Español: Está compuesto por medio óvalo con tres cuarteles rodeados por un marco en relieve, que dice Valle de Santiago en la parte inferior, y Triumphus noster tria en la superior, frase que significa "€œEl triunfo es nuestro con estas tres cosas"€. En el primer cuartel , al centro, está la imagen del Apóstol Santiago; en la parte baja del mismo cuartel la palabra Camémbaro. El cuartel del centro tiene al fondo una ilustración artística de siete volcanes y flotando en el espacio un libro, que representa la historia escrita y por escribirse, y en el cuartel inferior aparece un campo fértil rodeado de montañas y en plena producción.
