Description Escudo de Gran Canaria (Islas Canarias, España): Medio partido y cortado: primero, en campo de gules, un castillo de oro, almenado y donjonado de tres torres, mazonado de sable y aclarado de azur; segundo, en campo de plata, un león rampante de gules, coronado, lampasado y armado de oro; y tercero, [de oro] una palma de su color, acamada en una roca moviente del jefe, de su color, y acostada de dos lebreles rampantes, afrontados y movientes, de su color.
