Deutsch: Originale Bildunterschrift: Abbildung von der Teutschen Reformirten Kirchen in Erlang, wie solche gegen Mittag [= Norden] anzusehen.
Die von 1728 bis 1734 erbaute Deutsch-reformierte Kirche am heutigen Bohlenplatz 1 galt als elegantester Sakralbau Erlangens. 1922 wurde das Gebäude von der Evangelisch-lutherischen Kirchengemeinde gekauft und in Christuskirche umbenannt. 1953 wurde das Kirchengebäude in ein Gemeindehaus umgebaut, wobei durch den Einbau einer Zwischendecke der ursprüngliche Innenraum zerstört wurde. Die Orgel fand in der 1954 bis 1955 erbauten Markuskirche im Erlanger Stadtdteil Sieglitzhof einen neuen Standort. |
