| Description |
English: The Chinese mitten crab, Eriocheir sinensis. This male specimen had been caught with many others by a fisherman in the Havel river in the federal state of Brandenburg, Germany. Well, the hairy scissors are visible; however, the "fur" outside the water looks pretty greasy.
Deutsch: Eine Chinesische Wollhandkrabbe (Eriocheir sinensis). Dieses recht große Männchen ist eines von zahlreichen Exemplaren, die von einem Berufsfischer in der unteren Havel (Land Brandenburg) gefangen wurden. Mitgefangene Artgenossen haben ihm offenbar einige Gliedmaßen abgekniffen. Gut sind die behaarten Scheren zu erkennen; allerdings sieht der "Pelz" außerhalb des Wassers ziemlich angeklatscht aus.
Français : Crabe chinois à mitaine (Eriocheir sinensis), mâle d'assez grande taille, semblable à de nombreux autres specimens capturés par un pêcheur professionnel dans la Havel inférieure (Land de Brandebourg). Il porte des traces de blessures (peut-être infligées par d'autres crabes de la même espèce ?)
