U.S. Air Force search and rescue personnel observe a universal distress sign on a coastal roadway in Enoshima Island, Onagawa, Miyagi Pref., Japan, March 14, 2011. The team, aboard a U.S. Air Force HH-60G helicopter, is part of the American disaster relief forces assisting with Japan's earthquake and tsunami recovery effort.
