Description
Nederlands: In een eclectische stijl gebouwde villa verrees in 1897, naar een ontwerp van de aannemer/architect J.C.T. Zweesaardt. De villa vormt een ensemble met de buurpanden Emmastraat 55 en 57. De villa is gebouwd in een voor de bouwperiode karakteristieke, eclectische trant. De villa maakt deel van een reeks van villa's en herenhuizen aan de Emmastraat.
