中文：主题颜色分别为金黄色、红色、蓝色、白色、金黄色代表希望、丰收、红色代表革命、热血、蓝色代表包容、梦想、白色代表纯洁、无私。

元素包含谷穗、工业齿轮、彩带、三颗五角星、天空、南厥门等六个元素；谷穗、工业齿轮分别代表农民和工人精神；三色五角星分别象征民主、自由和平等；蓝天象征着未来的梦想，红色山象征南厥门令人厌不战、自强不息的民族精神，彩带象征情与荣誉、图腾象征团结与和谐。

1989 四个阿拉伯数字代表第一特区成立于公元 1989 年。
