English: Geological map of the low ridges east of Brunswick (Asse, Mühlenberg, Heeseberg, Elm, Rieseberg, Dorm), southeastern Lower Saxony. These ridges are the surficial expressions of subsurface salt diapirs emerged from the Upper Permian Zechstein evaporite deposits.
