It is 35 ft. over all, seats 58passengers, and is divided into passenger, smoking and toiletcompartments, with mahogany interior finish. The body ismounted on Baldwin trucks, which carry four Westing-house No. 119 motors of 125 hp each, geared to 55 miles per and the Rome, Watertown & Ogdcnsburg Railroads; andthe Auburn & Syracuse parallels the Auburn branch of theNew York Central & Hudson River Railroad. In general,the electric fares arc slightly less than on the steam lines,and in the summer tickets arc sold to parties of pleasureseekers at a reduction of about 25 per cent.
