Format: Samlekort Dato / Date: ca. 1930 (dokumentet) Fotograf / Photographer: Ukjent Wikipedia: Eino Purje (1900 - 1984) Eier / Owner Institution: Trondheim byarkiv, The Municipal Archives of Trondheim Arkivreferanse / Archive reference: Sportsklubben Freidig: Sigarettfoto ca. 1930 (Løpenr. 75) F23916 Tekst på baksiden: Eino Purje (Borg), finnernes glimrende mellemdistanseløper gjorde sig særlig bemerket i Amsterdam 1928 ved den hårde kamp om gullmedaljene der. Han satte straks efter ny rekord p 1/4 engelsk mil (2011 m.) med 5,26,4. Merknad: Disse samlekortene med bilder av norske og internasjonale idretthelter fulgte med i sigarettpakker på 1920 og 30-tallet - derav tobakksreklamen på baksiden. Samlekortene kommer fra Sportsklubben Freidigs arkiv, og inneholder nærmere 90 unike kort pent plassert i et samlealbum. Samleren var den senere skipsmegler Finn Følling (1914 – 1985). |
