It was instrumental in developing awareness on how to improve routine work.” Multan Electric Power Company Meter Reader Supervisor Muhammad Wazir Khan (Pictured Above) Effective Meter Reading, Surveillance & Energy Theft Control: The main objective of this training program is to equip the DISCOs’ manpower working on metering systems and related processes, with knowledge and skills related to operating different meters, effectively utilizing Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), etc. so that they can effectively contribute towards the success of the organization. This course also refreshes and standardizes the roles and responsibilities of the meter reading staff, the technical terms, and technical aspects of different meters, to help them understand surveillance and its importance in controlling energy / power loss and introduction the basic concepts of customer service for efficient conduct of the meter reading staff. |
