Description
Español: Construido en 1918 por el arquitecto Alberto Cruz Montt, por encargo del político Luis Eguiguren Valero para residir junto a su esposa Elisa Irarrázaval Correa.

Fue remodelado por el Premio Nacional de Arquitectura 2002 y ex presidente del Colegio de Arquitectos, Juan Sabbagh, para albergar lo que hoy conocemos como la sede Padre Alonso de Ovalle de Duoc UC inaugurada en agosto del 2005.

El 23 de febrero de 2018 fue declarado Monumento Nacional en la categoría de Monumento Histórico mediante el Decreto Nº71 del Ministerio de Educación.
