Description
English: Post Medieval (18th to 19th century) cast copper alloy pipe tamper. The figures right arm is raised, holding a long horn or possibly a pipe. The left arm is broken just above the elbow. There are broken projections along the length of both legs, possibly representing boots. The figure is standing on a cylindrical base which is divided into four sections by cast depressions. The lower section expands out slightly. It is mid-green in patina. It is 55.71mm long, the base has a diameter of 7.44mm and it weighs 11.1g.
