Deutsch: Die Wohnungsnot in den 1930er Jahren versuchte die Eisenacher Stadtverwaltung durch selbstfinanzierte Bauprojekte am Stadtrand zu mildern. 1936 und 1937 wurden auf einer vom Gut Rotenhof erworbenen Splitterfläche sechs Mehrfamilienhäuser nach Plänen des Architekten Arno Dressel erbaut, sie erhielten die Hausnummern 11a, 13a bis 13e. |
