English: A Hungarian voter invitation card for the European Parliament election of 2009. Frontpage. This card has been delievered alongside with a proposal coupon (in Hungarian: "kopogtatócédula" or "ajánlószelvény") and a voter registration card for registered voters via letter.
Color, 300 dpi. Hardware: Epson Perfection v10. Translation: Page 1: "How can you vote if you are overseas by the time of the election? Those who are overseas while the election is in progress can vote through the Republic of Hungary's consulates and embassies, of which addresses can be found on www.valasztas.hu. Only those are able to vote through a foreign representation who request their enrolment on the foreign representation voters’ list from the local notary public in the district of his/her residence, until 22 May 2009. Such a request can be done personally or by a designated representative or via registered mail. The notary public will respond via mail on your request's approval or rejection." Page 2: "Let us answer your questions! If you need further information about the European Parliament election, do not hesitate to visit the Information Service of the National Election Office or your local Information Service in your district. Addresses of local Information Services: ... Information on the participation will be available on www.valasztas.hu on the date of election.
