The Tall Ships Atlantic Challenge 2009 is a trek around the North Atlantic Ocean of more than 7,000 nautical miles following the traditional route taken by sailing ships of the past. Eagle is an 1800-ton steel hull, three-masted sailing ship with more than 21,000 square-feet of sail and more than five miles of rigging.
