Overr the years, I've asked Enforcement officers to find out who is dumping rubbish on the pavement outside 7 White Hart Lane and to take action against them. (The residents themselves have a wheelie bin in their front yard.) There is usually temporary success, and I think some traders have been fined for dumping instead of using a trade waste contractor. But bags and other dumping re-appear. It's unpleasant for the residents. And for passers-by. It's also leaving dirt stains on the front pavement wall of this Listed Georgian house. Can you please arrange to clear the dumping; including some sheets of chipboard left outside the side wall near the block numbered 9-39. And can you also try again to detect and prevent this abuse. Thanks. |
