Dreva Wood

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Dreva Wood and the last couple of fields, at 300 metres (980 ft), before the moorland starts on the north slopes of the Cheviot Hills
  • In Tweeddale (Peeblesshire), Scottish Borders.
  • The wood was once larger according to the historic map. Unfortunately bracken fern is a problem here, leading to moorland loss, fortunately the cattle still have clear fields for grazing.
