Drehstrommotor
Asynchron Drehstrommotor des Trogantriebes vom Hebewerk. Leistung:160 kw, 500 V Drehstrom 730 U min. Sternschaltung direktanlaufend für Stromeinspeisung von 0-50 Hz, Gewicht:1‚43 t. Hiervon hat jeder Trog 4 Stück die über angeflanschte Wellen und Getriebe das Trogantriebsritzel drehen. Dieses greift in die an den Führungstürmen befestigte Zahnstange ein und dadurch wird die angeforderte Berg -oder Talfahrt durchgeführt. Über Umrichtertechnik wird ein Drehstrom von 0-500 V erzeugt und mittels Frequenzregelung von 0-50 Hz die Drehzahl der Motoren geregelt. Dadurch ist es möglich den Trog stufenlos von 0 cm-23 cm sek. Fahrgeschwindigkeit zu beschleunigen und durch runterfahren der Herzzahl wieder abzubremsen. Die Motoren haben bei Stillstand noch volles Drehmoment und lassen den Trog nicht durchrutschen.
