The Dr. Who exhibition at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery is well worth a visit. Of particular interest to me were the numerous examples of pre vis material on display. Lots of examples of storyboards and research materials for sets costumes and of course monsters. The show is great for kids but infants might find it a bit too scary. Particular highlights were the Cybermen and Dalek exhibits which were really interactive and very well done. Good to see these up close. Lots of ideas for halloween costumes from the monsters! Recommended, finishes on 4 Jan 2010. |
