English: The conferences and observership program in Japan provided a unique opportunity to learn about aging and interact with centenarians and school children.

It has been inspiring to see how even those in advanced old age remain independent, happy, and satisfied with life here. Their resilience and positive outlook are truly remarkable and provide valuable lessons in geriatric care.

The insights and knowledge gained during this observership will be implemented at Aastha Centre to improve the quality of life for our elderly population. Your support is invaluable, and together we will continue to enhance our services for the betterment of our community.
