Shqip: Dizajni i krijuar me foton e Presidentit Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, përbëhet nga këto ngjyra: e kaltërta, e verdha, e kuqja, e zeza dhe e bardha.
Këto ngjyra janë marrë nga ngjyrat e fllamurit Dardan dhe kanë këtë domethënje: Ngjyra e kaltërt e cila gjindet në fushën e flamurit Dardan simbolizon paqen. Ngjyra e verdhë paraqet ngjyrën e cila gjindet në pjesën e jashtme të rrethit, në mburojën e cila ka karakter mbretëror me stelën që simbolizon lëvizjen e diellit, si dhe në stemën e Skënderbeut. Ngjyra e kuqe është marrë nga pjesa e brendshme e rrethit dhe simbolizon fuqinë. Ngjyra e zezë është marrë nga shqiponja e zezë dykrenare. Ngjyra e bardhë është ngjyra e shiritit të bardhë mbi mburojë dhe simbolizon ngjyrën e bardhë të plisit dhe veshjen tradicionale shqiptare.English: The design created with the photo of the President Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, consists of the following colors: blue, yellow, red, black and white.
These colors are taken from the colors of the Dardan flag and have this meaning: The blue color found in the field of the Dardan flag symbolizes peace. The yellow color represents the color that is found in the outer part of the circle, in the shield which has a royal character with the stele that symbolizes the movement of the sun, as well as in the coat of arms of Skanderbeg. The red color is taken from the inner part of the circle and symbolizes power. The black color is taken from the double-headed black eagle. The white color is the color of the white stripe on the shield and symbolizes the white color of the pleat and the traditional Albanian dress.Deutsch: Das Design erstellt mit dem Foto des Präsidenten Dr. Ibrahim Rugova, besteht aus den folgenden Farben: blau, gelb, rot, schwarz und weiß.
Diese Farben sind den Farben der Dardan-Flagge entnommen und haben folgende Bedeutung: Die blaue Farbe im Feld der Dardan-Flagge symbolisiert Frieden. Die gelbe Farbe repräsentiert die Farbe, die sich im äußeren Teil des Kreises, im Schild mit königlichem Charakter mit der Stele, die die Bewegung der Sonne symbolisiert, sowie im Wappen von Skanderbeg wiederfindet. Die rote Farbe stammt aus dem inneren Teil des Kreises und symbolisiert Macht. Die schwarze Farbe stammt vom doppelköpfigen schwarzen Adler. Die weiße Farbe ist die Farbe des weißen Streifens auf dem Schild und symbolisiert die weiße Farbe der Falte und der traditionellen albanischen Kleidung. |
