Description	English: A U.S. Navy Douglas A-1H/J Skyraider (A-1J: BuNo 142033, A-1H: BuNo 135338, 137511, 139820) of Attack Squadron 145 (VA-145) "Swordsmen" in flight.. VA-145 was assigned to Attack Carrier Air Wing 10 (CVW-10) aboard the aircraft carrier USS Intrepid (CVS-11) for a deployment to Vietnam from 11 May to 10 December 1967. 135338 was transferred to the U.S. Air Force in 1968; 137511 was later transferred to the U.S. Air Force and served with the 1st Special Operations Squadron in 1969; 139820 was later transferred to the U.S. Air Force; 142033 was transferred to the U.S. Air Force in 1968. It was shot down by ground fire near Sopka, Laos (Lima Site 85), on 26 April 1969 while in service with the 602nd Special Operations Squadron. The pilot was killed.
