Русский: Рабочая доска и вспомогательные приложения на стене у меня дома. Я изучаю саркомеры - структурные элементы скелетных мышечных волокон, в частности, триггеры адаптации после анаэробных нагрузок, принципы и условия включения этих триггеров. Моя цель - создание и описание полной теории адаптационных механизмов мышечных волокон: механика, архитектура, метаболизм, причинно-следственные связи и т.д.
У меня нет доступа к лабораторным исследованиям, нет соответствующего образования, только доска, тетрадь, компьютер, спортзал и голова. И первые результаты. Я люблю то, что делаю. И я не намерен сдаваться. English: Working board and supporting applications on a wall in my house. I explore sarcomeres - the structural elements of the skeletal muscle fibers, in particular, triggers anaerobic adaptation after loads, principles and conditions for the inclusion of these triggers. My goal - the creation and description of a complete theory of adaptive mechanisms of muscle fibers: mechanical, architecture, metabolism, cause-effect relationships, etc. I have no access to laboratory tests, there is no proper education, only the board, notebook, computer, gym and head. And the first results. I love what I do. And I'm not going to give up. |
