Description A marker erected in 1941 by the California State Society Daughters of the American Revolution, marking where Don Gaspar de Portolá and his expedition camped while in search of Monterey Bay. This marker is located by the intersection of the Skyline-To-The-Sea Trail Road and Cabrillo Highway in Davenport, California.
