Eric Richter, 448th Civil Affairs Battalion Functional Specialty Team doctor, listens to the heartbeat of a Chebelley village elder during a Medical Civic Action Program clinic in Chebelley, Djibouti, Oct. 6, 2012. The Djibouti Joint Civil Affairs Team and 448th CAB Functional Specialty Team worked alongside Djibouti Ministry of Health personnel to provide medical and dental care and to share best practices during the event. Richter is from Fort Carson, Colo., and is originally from Colorado Springs, Colo. |
