Description
English: During earlier visits to the town I realised that some parts of it would, in time, be “renovated” and that it would imply the disappearance of a lot of the atmosphere that made the town special. But what has appeared in its stead looked to me like gentrification squared. One picture in the category Buildings in Diyarbakır is named Sur TOKI and is the right term for what has happened.
